House Rules
We have a strict NO PARTY policy and only guests on the reservation are allowed at the house unless cleared in advance.
Our quiet hours are from 10pm-8am during the weekdays (Sun-Thurs) and 11pm-8am on the weekends, please respect these hours so we can guarantee you and our neighbors a peaceful night sleep.
To provide our guests the communicated check-in time we require guests to check-out at 11am CST unless otherwise communicated. Late check-out will result in $50 fee for every 15 minutes late from security deposit.
We do not refund due to loss of service from all 3rd party utility companies to include but not limited to electric, water, internet, sewer.
Anything broken or loss of utility must be reported immediately to the owner.
