The space
~Private Pool - We heat the pool to 80F by default in temps above 50F, usually March-October. We can heat the pool to a warmer temperature for $50/day
~Hot Tub w/ jets - we heat the hot tub all year round. It usually does not stay cold in San Antonio for very long but in extreme cold weather (with temps around freezing) the Hot Tub may not heat effectively.

We do not allow parties and pets also in San Antonio during the summer it is common for mosquitos to come out after dark

1st Floor -
Living room, Kitchen, Dining Room w/ half bath, washer and dryer, seating for 8 people and additional kitchen table with seating for 6.
2nd Floor -
Master Bedroom - King Size Bed with private master bathroom with shower and bath tub. The Master bedroom also includes a private desk for working remote.

Guest access
Comfortably park two cars in the driveway or more on the street in front of the house. Garage parking is also available, if needed.
Additional notes
The Pool is currently only heated in temps above 50F, usually from March-October.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property’s quiet hours from 10PM-8AM on Sunday-Thursday and 11pm-8am on Friday & Saturday these are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise.
